A 27 years-old patient consulted for irregular genital bleeding of approximately four months of evolution. Gynecologic exam revealed a soft mass that exit trough external cervical os. Pelvic ultrasonography showed a large size uterus, with an uterine cavity occupied by amorphous mass with little anechoic - echo lucid areas inside. Pathology report indicated a mixed polyploid, adenofibroma type, benign müllerian neoplasia of endometrial origin. At seven months, patient presented reappearance of symptoms, deciding to prepare for a hysterectomy. During this period, patient is admitted with diagnosis of surgical acute abdomen, intestinal obstruction and moderate dehydrated, performing hysterectomy and bilateral oophorosalpingectomy plus omentectomy. Pathology reported müllerian adenosarcoma of endometrial origin.
