Abstract

Two cases are reported. First, a 26 years old gravida 3 patient, 1 cesarean section, 1 abortion, admitted with diagnostic of 30 weeks gestation and premature labor. Ultrasound reported a 30 weeks gestation fetus, with hyperecoic increased in size polycystic kidneys, severe oligohydramnios, and conpromise of fetal weel being. A cesarean section was performed, obtaining an alive female fetus in bad conditions who died. Diagnostic: preterm baby, polycistic kidneys and severe perinatal asphyxia. Morphologic postmorten study reported bilateral atelectasia and recesive autososomic kidney polycystosis. Second, a 23 years old I gravida patient, with obstetric ecogram that reported a 23 weeks gestation fetus, severe intrauterine growth retardation, bilateral renal dysplasia and anhydramnios. At 24 weeks started premature labor obtaining a male dead fetus, cariotype 46, XY. Necropsy reported bilateral renal agenesia.
