We report the case of a 28 years old patient that consulted for desire of pregnancy after two consecutive abortions. Endometrial biopsy reported simple glandular hyperplasia with focal atypias. Received medroxyprogesterone (60 mg daily) for 3 months. After treatment a hysteroscopy was performed and a suspicious lesion was observed in the anterior wall of endometrium with a biopsy report of worsening of the lesion to a complex glandular hyperplasia with atypias. Received goserelin (Zoladex ®) 3,5 mg subcutaneously once a month for 6 months after that presented a gestation without complications, that end in cesarean section. A new endometrial biopsy was performed that reported free of disease. A hysteroscopy performed 3 months later show no endometrial lesion. Complex hyperplasia with atypia can be treated with GnRH analogs I patients wit desire of pregnancy.
