Abstract

The case of new born a masculine one appears, with great liver and spleen, petequias and accentuated mucous cutaneous pallor, considers TORCHS. Serologic tests practice. Imaginologic studies are made; brain ultrasound reports: brain calcifications; abdominal ultrasound: liver calcifications; it was evaluated by the service of ophtalmology, that reports: bilateral later uveitis. Serologic was positive for toxoplasmosis (IgM +), provided treatment with clindaminicina, pirimetamina, folinic acid, solumedrol, sophipren and ciclogyl oftalmologic. New oftalmologic evaluation to the three weeks with clinical and paraclínica improvement was made; it withdraws to the 29 days in good conditions, being in control in our institution.
