A 24 years-old patient, primigravid, with a 26 weeks pregnancy, who assisted for presenting accentuated dyspnea and back pain. Chest X-ray showed the presence of infiltrate in left lung and maker pleural effusion. After placing a thoracic tube, there was seen gastric content draining from thoracotomy tube, cause patient was explorated immediately. During exploration, omentun, stomach and transverse colon were observed through posterolateral Bochdalek´s channel.
