Pregnant women with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia or Rendu-Osler-Weber syndrome have an illness deterioration due to hemodynamic changes in pregnancy with increases in morbidity and mortality. Multidisciplinary management of these patients and suitable preanesthetic assessment, allow for getting an individualized anesthetic plan for delivery. Spinal anesthesia represents an appropriate option if it is possible to perform it.
