Intestinal duplication cysts are rare malformations that occur during the embryological development of the gastrointestinal tract, they have an incidence of 1/4500-10000 live births, they can occur at any height of the digestive tract, they can present in two forms, cystic or tubular, The majority is cystic (82%), corresponding to a defect in the recanalization of the digestive tract, susceptible to prenatal diagnosis, whose treatment is the resection of the duplication with terminal anastomosis, depending on the size, location and its relationship with the bile duct, with a good postnatal outcome.
