Endometriosis is a common gynecological pathology, it consists of the presence of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity. This appearance is divided into endo and extrapelvic. Cutaneous endometriosis is the presence of endometrial glands in the skin. It represents 1% of endometriosis cases and is rare. A retrospective descriptive study was carried out, from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023. During this period, soft tissue tumours have been operated on in the CMA Unit, with 4 cases of cutaneous endometriosis with a definitive diagnosis. Cutaneous endometriosis is a rare type with frequent onset secondary to abdominal surgery, especially caesarean section. A previous diagnosis of endometriosis is not necessary. The imaging test helps for the differential diagnosis, although its confirmatory diagnosis is immunohistochemical. The definitive treatment consists of excision of the lesion.
