Abstract

Hypoglossum hypoglossoides (Ceramiales, Rhodophyta) is reported for the first time in the Venezuelan coast. This species was collected in the locality of Carmen de Uria, Vargas State,Venezuela. These specimens was described and illustrated.

Keywords : Ceramiales; Delesseriaceae; Hypoglossum hypoglossoides; Venezuela.
