The steady state u of the Fokker-Planck Equation associated to a vector field X on a compact, orientable and without boundary Riemannian manifold M fulfils the boundary condition in an arbitrary domain W if X is a gradient vector field. In some non-gradient cases we give domains W in which u even fulfils that condition.
