The parish Bartolome de lãs Casas is located in Machiques Municipality of the Zulia State. The object of this study was the analysis of the corrections coefficients of shape, área, córner and public services. This investigation was descriptive, documental and field type. Population and sample are designed. In addition describes briefly the different techniques used in the respective required rises to indicate the parcels data required. Those Data were procesed to calculate Correction coefficients. As they are, the most important were: front, width and depth of each existing parcel in the 6 studied sectors of the urban zone for this study. In addition a prototype parcel required for this calculation was calculated, emphasizing that a parcel was taken to study by each sector, that is to say, that was studied in if 6 parcels of which they compared with the parcel type divided equally of all the measurements obtained in the made rises, suggesting similarly the accomplishment to make the Land and Construction Values Tables. The real state ajustment coeffcient obtained alows to calculate the coefficient multiflier the real state urban correction.
