To address the problem of complexity of communication phenomena, the artificial Sciences perspective involves describing Communication Sciences within their framework, which is different from and complementary to the approach of Social Sciences. Thus, after analyzing the complexity of communication phenomena, this article describes the methodological components to develop this new approach. This new approach allows to investigate the complexity of the communication systems in the light of actual scientific practice, such as television programming DTT.
