Abstract

Presently work is carried out an experimental design by means of parameters of Taguchi of the type L9(34), to three levels of four factors to study. In order to carry out the optimization of the process of synthesis for via hydrothermal of ferrites of metals, and the elimination of metals heavy present in residual waters derived of the mining industry, evaluated according to the design, the factors that more affects the process, like: temperature, relationship [Fe2+]/[Mn+], time of reaction and speed of agitation. This methodology allows to achieve very good outputs with the minor number of possible experiences and introduce an additional factor (pH), taking it like factor of noise and by means of mathematical treatments and statistics were succeeded in determining the experimental conditions with those that are gotten a liquid with a concentration greatly minor remnant to the initial (a percentage of depuration of metals in the acuous phases to an is reached 99%) and to their time, a solid ferritic with a magnetic permeability the more elevated possible. The magnetic permeability that is gotten in these solids, confers these products an economical courage. An elevated silver recuperation of the residual acuous of the industry is achieved extractive, being of benefit for the industry.
