The hand is a vital organ very important for any life activity, and it can be affected by any nerve entrapment in some place of the upper limb, which give to the suffering patients disability, and disturb their normal life. We present the mayority of the posibilities of treatment of nerve compression in the upper limb, and our experience to resolve the disablity by conservative, orthopaedic and surgical treatment.
