Information technology today plays a fundamental role in education. This allows education to be taken to remote and difficult to access places such as indigenous peoples, managing to democratize education, in terms of equity. The Indigenous University of Venezuela (UIV), works with the modality of the itinerant professor, having an enormous impact not only in economic terms, but also in relation to absenteeism. Despite the years of tele-education worldwide, the IVU does not have such an important tool. It is our commitment to develop teleeducation in terms of interculturality, identifying the codes that give ethnicity to each People.
