The purpose of this study consisted in the estimation of the sustainable development level of the agricultural community La Victoria, Lagunillas municipality, Zulia state, through a field research and of a descriptive type. The population considered was represented by 50 producers. The instrument used was a questionnaire send to the entire population, guided to demonstrate the sustainable development level of the community (S3) based on their three dimensions (social, economical and environmental). The results obtained shows that sustainable development level of the community is of 0.54, that point out to an instability situation. The economical dimension showed the mayor limitations for the sustainability due to factors like the unemployment and the entrance per layer. It is concluded that is necessary to foment rural development programs with appropriate strategies to achieve the improvement of the production units by impelling the sustainability of this community and to assure its permanency on time.
