This research work explains the complexity of spontaneous writing of children in basic education and the use of computers as didactic resources. The main aim was to develop the process of written composition through the use of computers with 32 children of third grade of Basic Education at the U. E. “Eutimio Rivas” in Maracay, Aragua State, Venezuela. To do so, the pragmatic theory developed by  Beugrande and Dressler (1997) was considered in terms of the conditions of efficacy, effectiveness and adequacy that a written text should fulfill. Finally, the role of conscious training of communicative competence is proposed as well as its intermediary relation among the apprentices.
