Resumen

FIGUEROA, M et al. Efecto de la dipirona sobre la agregación plaquetaria. AVFT [online]. 2006, vol.25, n.1, pp.39-44. ISSN 0798-0264.

The present study was made with the purpose of determining if the Dipyrone alters the platelet aggregation. For it, 30 healthy volunteers selected themselves, which were divided in two groups and at random assigned to receive 1 gof 100 Dipyrone or mg of Acetylsalicylic Acid. The platelet aggregation through the turbidimétrico method was determined; using adenosin difosfato, collagen and adrenalin. In the Dipyrone group, a statistically significant reduction of the platelet aggregation was observed the 72 hours, as opposed to the 3 stimuli; that it reverted to the 24 hours. In the group Acetylsalicylic Acid, the platelet aggregation to the 24 hours diminished significantly. When comparing both groups were no significant differences in the basalsample but if to the 24 hours. We can conclude that the Dipyrone, like the rest of antiinflammatory the nonesteroideos ones, it inhibits the plaquetaria aggregation of reversible form, unlike the Acetylsalicylic Acid.

Palabras clave : Dipyrone; acetilsalicílico acid; platelet; aggregation.
