The objective of this study is to make a description and interpretation of some psicosocial characteristics in scientific activity made for investigators of Facultad de Medicina, Universidad Central de Venezuela. This study analyzed throughout data obtained in "Life stories", sociostructural and sociosimbolical process in which they make the work. Some attitudes, beliefs, motives and value are interaction with socials structure. We find formation, orientations in priority áreas and other factors in work analysis over psicosocials factors and our conducts.
