Arterial hypertension is a multifactorial disease where the hereditary component is very important and this leads to establish a possible correlation between the familiar risk cardiovascular disease , weight, height, body mass index gender and race upon born and current with the vascular reactivity to pressors stimuli that permit to identify a subgroups of hiperreactors in state of normotensión that originate follow-up programs, evaluation, education and precocious control of susceptible factors of be modified and/or eliminated, in early stages of the life, when the geometric alterations of arterial vessels still they have not been presented and/or consolidated. The prevention is expressed in educational programs basically directed to implement a balanced diet, systematical physical activity and medical control followup and education programs at escholar level.
