An augmentation cystoplasty was done in 14 children with artificial sphincter in 7 of them, also an antireflux procedure was done in 4. 2 children received an artificial sphincter. In other 2 a cervicoplasty was performed and an aponeurotic sling in 1. 3 patients were diverted according with Mitrofanoff principie. One sphincter is not working properly and one child with a cystoplasty has ocassional dribbling. All the others are continent at least for 3 hours.
