In the field of the new political concerning the development of human resources in the health area, the breakthrough in technology, the creativity and generation of know ledge, allows us to mediate on the different ideas in the field of methodology, in order to strengthen the new political and social situations demanded by the different regions of Venezuela, academy and Universities of de country should assume as a permanent action and commitment.
