The creative behavior depends upon the institutional social and family environment and also on the psycho-social-cultural process, which influence the research as it, has been studied by the theories that demonstrate the influence of the favorable development conditions. There are a close relationship among the research goals, the positive group attitude, the group capacity solving problems, the variable opportunities to accomplish the research and its social environment in two ways, in independent one, and as a whole, the interdependence of all the above mentioned factors. A representative group of researchers, from different research areas of the Schools of Medicine of the Universidad Central de Venezuela were studied, and it was observed that, in order to perform their research pre and postgraduate activities and paper productions, the compositions of the groups was not only between their local professorship, but also among the international ones.
