The alcohol is a licit drug and its consumption is accepted socially in adults; however, it is notorius the amount of adolescents who are active alcohol consumers. This paper tries to determine the incidence of alcohol consumption and its relationship with sexual behavior in adolescents of feminine sex. It is an analytic and descriptive study, carried out through surveys answered by 331 students of feminine sex. The 66, 77% of the adolescents had between 15 and 16 years; 82,18% of them consumes alcohol; with precocious beginning (medium age: 12,83 years); 15,44% has problems caused by the consumption; 43,50% refers to have a partner, 23 of them have sexual relations after consuming. Conclusion: The consumption of alcohol in the adolescents is high, and the precocious beginning of the sexual relations seems to be related to the alcohol consumption.
