ABSTRACT      In 26 patients with antero-posterior instability of the knee, was realized arthroscopically the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using semitendinosus-gracilis and the Swing-Bridge device for the graft fixation. All patients were evaluated before and after the surgery to determine the stability obtained with an arthrometer and the Lysholm scale. The knees presented a X of 5,04 cm before the surgery and a X of 2,33 cm after the surgery. With a significant result of p< (0,001), This technique is an alternative for the treatment of knee instability problems.
