The diagnosis of presumed ocular histoplasmosis syndrome is made by clinical examination . Ocular findings include: histo-spots, peripapillary atrophy, subretinal haemorrhage disciform maculopathy and clear uninflammed media . We report the case of a healthy 43-year-old woman who refermed metamorphopsia in her eyes. Fundoscopic examination showed a paramacular serohemorrhage detachment in his right eye, associated with peripapillary atrophic chorioretinal scars in posterior pole and periphery in both eyes, in abscence of vitritis . A fluorescein angiogram confirmed subretinal neovascularization . The diagnosis of presumed ocular histoplasmosis syndrome was made.
