Summary. The term hypospadias is used to describe an abnormal configuration of the penis in which the meatus uretral is located in the region ventral of the penis proximal. The hypospadias varies in degrees, since the most common glandular defect to one relatively rare, abnormality perineal and escrotal severe. The most common defects are the abnormalities but you be distant, but the hypospadias proximals seem to be regular in the centers of Pediatric Urology. The presence of the hypospadias is respected like a form of intersexo. Certainly it is necessary to rule out a between the sexes state in the most severe forms of hypospadias, but in general, most cases of hypospadias should not be you considered as a between the sexes condition. The repairs in a phase are preferred to the procedures in multiple phases because they reduce the hospitalization.
