The primary carcinoma of uterine tube represents the 0.18 % to 1.8 % of all the gynecological malignant tumors being the age of more frequent presentation between the 52 and 64 years. The diagnosis settles down during the laparotomy that the primary carcinoma of uterine tube imagines the 0.18 the 1.8 % of all makes them by a pelvic mass that thinks that it depends on ovary or the uterine body. Due to the peculiarity of the disease controlled protocols of treatment do not exist, being used the strategies of treatment for the epithelial carcinoma of ovary. The objective of the work was to present a 38 years old female patient who initiate her disease in 1998, presenting pain in right iliac grave, accompanied by flow and abnormal genital bleeding; goes to gynecologist, who settles down diagnosis of tumor of right ovary, more total hysterectomy makes exploratory laparotomy and salpingooophorectomy bilateral and reporting definitive biopsy: Adenocarcinoma infiltrative, well differentiated from right uterine tube, reason what for was referred to our center, where exploratory laparotomy was performed, without evidence of macroscopic or microscopic injuries. The patient presents a 6 years disease free interval. Given the infrequent thing of the pathology this case is reported.
