Abstract

SUMMARY The primitive neuroectodermic tumor, is included among the blue and round cells neoplasms, it is a part of The Ewing Tumors Family. The primitive neuroectodermic tumor is one of the tumors that belong to the family of neoplasms form by round, small, undifferentiated cells, which present a neuroectodermic phenotypic expression. It is more frequently found during the second decade of life. It has several presentations, been the bones the more frequent place, followed by soft tissues, abdominal cavity, lung and thoracic area, spinal cord, and Central Nervous System. There have been exceptional cases in the myocardium, vulvae area and meninges. The case we are presenting here by is the second one reported world wide; diagnosed in the mammary gland, as well as the literature review related with to this pathology.
