SUMMARY Inflammatory pseudo tumor of the liver is a rare benign tumor of unknown origin. In this report we describe the case of a 68 year old male that presented with history of malaise, fever and chest pain. An hepatic mass was revealed by abdominal ultrasonography and computed tomography. A tubulovillous adenoma of the colon was identified by colonoscopy.
