Carcinoma sarcomatoid is a two-phase wicked neoplasia; with differentiation epithelial and mesenquimatosa, not very frequent and extremely strange localization in lung, with an incidence of the 0.16 % to 1 %, being more frequent 11 times in men. We present a masculine patient 43 year-old who goes to the consultation for pain in articulation left Cox femoral; functional exam he referred dry cough, pain in right hemi thorax, neck and scapular region; physical exam the breathing noises were diminished in third right superior. In radiology thorax image of borders was observed defined in third superior de aspect tumor, confirms with tomography axial of thorax and broncofibrocospia not observed frank tumor, reason why takes directed biopsy percutan trans thoracic; study anatomopathology describes anaplasic tumor, discoveries immunohistochemestry demonstrated citokeratin coexpresion and vimentin belonging together with carcinoma sarcomatoide, the bony gammagrama detected metastases existence in head femoral left, place where that motivate the consultation.
