Abstract

Osteochondroma is a common benign neoplasm that generally occurs at the metaphysis of the long bones. Extraskeletal osteochondroma is a rare benign neoplasm that, it main localization is around synovial tissues of the articulations, mainly in hands and feet. We report a case of a 30 year-old woman with a left supraclavicular lump of 2 cm of diameter, that mimicking a cervical lymph node. We realized a resection of the lesion without oncological margins. The histological results were: solitary extraskeletal osteochondroma localized in supraclavicular region of the neck. We review and discuss the osteochondroma’s literature.
