Although the paragangliomas can be observed from the base of the skull until the bladder or along the chain ganglionic of the nice, alone they constitute 0.012 % of all the diagnosed tumors and their discovery in any anatomical region it represents a rarity. The objective of this work is the analyses of three clinical cases with diagnostic of a paraganglioma wirer in our hospital. Of the three patients, one was not subjected to surgery for the localization of tumor, needing biopsy and inmuno-histochemistry confirm the diagnosis, after which received palliative treatment, dying year and half after the same one, the other two after patients after the surgical treatment stay asymptomatic. Diagnostic of these tumors like in other, you arrives initially with the experience of the clinical one and their suspicion, like with the studies that allow to document them, after that which their treatment as the pursuit is fundamental.
