The carcinoid tumors are a group of neoplasm that represents a rare variety of tumors derived from the neural crest. In the lung are rare. The carcinoid are neoplasm of endobronquial location and the clinical manifestations includes in both: atelectasy, recurrent pneumonia, pulmonary abscess and bronquiectasy. We presented the cases of two patients whom consult by cough, respiratory difficulty and hemoptysis, there are being observed in the two cases the presence of right lung actelectasy in the thorax x-ray. The flexible fibrobronchoscopy realized reported an endobronchial neoplasm localized in one patient in the inferior right lobe and in the other patient a lesion in the entrance of the principal right bronchus. The surgical procedure development in one patient included: an inferior right lobectomy and in the other a right neumonectomy. The hispatological study in both cases reported: carcinoid tumor.
