Abstract

The malignant melanoma represents one of neoplasic diseases which with the mayor frequency produce metastases to the gastrointestinal tract. The small intestine is the most common localization of these kinds of metastases; others were localized in the stomach and in the colon. We maintained high indices of suspicious in the patients with melanoma antecedents who consult us for vaguest symptoms in the gastrointestinal area. The surgical involved of the segment resection is the palliative therapeutically option, which have more factitive and it is justified in symptomatic patients with the only objective to increase the super live and to correct the argued symptoms. The less prevalence of gastrointestinal metastases melanoma how cause of surgical agued abdomen and his less synchronically incidence manifestation to the diagnostic moment we describe and illustrative clinical case and the accesses medical literature review referent to it.
