Lung neoplasia are rare in children, lung mucoepidermoid bronquial carcinoma represent 0.2 % of the cases of pulmonary carcinoma to any age, until the date are reported minor of 100 children with diagnostic of this entity in the world literature, It presented a relative benign clinical course when correspond to tumors of low grade malignancy and they manifestation how a recurrent pneumonia of slow resolution. Children with these clinical manifestations must be exhaustive evaluated included endoscope and tomography studies. The surgical resection of lobar affected lung with the respective hiliar lymphatic lobar nodules is the treatment more accepted. We presented the case of scholar male 10 years old with the antecedent of three hospitalizations for right pneumonias. The axial computer tomography reveled a occupant space lesion of the superior third right lung. Realized superior lobotomy with the found characterized histopathological and immunohistochemestry of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of low malignancy grade.
