The pleomorphic adenoma is the most common tumor type localized in the salivary gland and is rarely located in the breast. Until 2006, only 69 cases had been published in the world literature. That is why we present a case of pleomorphic adenoma of the breast in 81 years old woman, who had a palpable lesion in the right breast with progressive growth. Mammographically was a nodular lesion with well defined borders with coarse calcifications within. The core needle biopsy reported a pleomorphic adenoma vs. metaplastic carcinoma with a chondroid differentiation.
