The pulmonary hamartoma, was described in the year 1904, it is presented like a mass of slow growth, and can be localized on the bronchus or in the pulmonary parenchyma; it presentation is saw frequently in men like a casual diagnosis. Pulmonary hamartoma is a integrate tumor in its histology structure by a combination of cartilage, connective tissue, smooth muscle and the respiratory epithelium. Radiological is a solitaire pulmonary nodule. It is reported a clinical case of solitaire pulmonary nodule located in parenchyma of a man 59 years old
