Abstract: This conference presents reflections on the women who were learning models and cultivated the soul of José Gregorio Hernández, who has transcended for more than a century for his great human sensitivity and love for his neighbor. It is based on a deliberate and conscious review of texts, articles and documents, both printed and electronic, of recognized integrity from the life stages of José Gregorio Hernández: early childhood (0-8 years), infancy (8-11 years) and adolescence (12-18 years), and neuroeducation research works with a real meaning for research
