The following research was developed in two phases; First, information was collected from various sources to create context of the primary categories, which are, the university professor and necessary skills, knowledge about artificial intelligence, pros and cons of it in university education. Subsequently, based on some findings made, as well as other research on this topic, a qualitative investigation was developed that served as a basis for developing theories that reduce knowledge gaps between teachers and students.
