University education has the capacity to transform, promoting a more egalitarian and fair society. This work seeks to investigate the perception and attitude assumed by teachers from a gender perspective in the university context. The study obtained a sample of 101 teachers. The methodology of this work is a quantitative analysis through the implementation of a Likert scale questionnaire. The results show that a portion shows interest and a positive attitude in their classes.
