The objective of this study was to identify the relationship between extrinsic and intrinsic work motivation and the organizational commitment of production operators in the Ciudad Juárez IME. This was a quantitative, cross-sectional, non-experimental study represented by 115 participants. Data were analyzed with SPSS 25 for description and SmartPLS 4 for structural modeling.The results revealed revealed that intrinsic motivation has a higher relationship with the dependent variable.
