The objective of the research was to describe the use of PBL to self-manage emotions in high school students in order to recognize the feasibility in the acquisition of socio-emotional skills; An ethnographic qualitative approach was used, with an action research design, the evidence of ExpresARTE learning was analyzed as part of the information; Favorable results were obtained that show how PBL allows generating conditions to solve problems in their environment.
