Abstract

Descriptive study, with a sample of 384 citizens from a district of Metropolitan Lima. The instrument used was a self-developed questionnaire, validated through expert judgment and with good reliability (α=0.802). The results revealed that the image of the Congress of the Republic of Peru is perceived mostly in a neutral or negative way; However, there may be opportunities to improve this perception through more effective communication strategies and greater transparency in your activities and decisions.
