Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of communication strategies and organizational commitment on job performance in the Peruvian industry, using a quantitative approach and cross-sectional design. A survey was conducted with 142 employees from industrial companies, and correlation and ordinal regression tests were applied. The results demonstrate that effective communication and organizational commitment are essential for improving employee performance and retention, suggesting the need for integrated policies to strengthen organizational competitiveness and sustainability.
