The objective was to analyze the perceptions of 50 teachers from rural Peruvian institutions of intercultural bilingual education regarding bilingual educational materials (Quechua) during the first quarter of 2024. Multivariate analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and McDonald's omega were applied to the instrument, as well as Pearson correlation analysis and statistical mean analysis for correlations. The results demonstrate the validity of the instrument and the consistency of its correlations. It concludes that intercultural educational policies and educational materials are insufficient.
