The study proposes the Big Books as a teaching strategy to promote children's rights, to reduce violence in different spaces of interaction. Initially developed with students of the teaching practice group of a degree in foreign languages ​​and later applied to an educational institution. It works under a methodological complementarity approach of a descriptive-analytical type. The results allow to identify the impact and opportunity of these materials to achieve the proposed objective.
