This study analyzes the influence of professional development and remuneration of service personnel in the administrative management of a police institution, in the year 2024, methodologically hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, non-experimental, transversal explanatory; 45 officers participated. The results of the ordinal logistic regression test indicated a p value < 0.05 and a Nagelkerke Pseudo R² of 59.7%, evidencing a significant relationship. Concluding, that both professional development and remuneration have a relevant impact on administrative management, although with a limited scope.
