The objective of this research was to recognize the factors involved in increasing the performance of the hotel sector, through structural equations using a 27-item survey, where 30 hotels were studied. The results indicate that increased performance will depend on the actions taken for correct management of human capital, customer service, quality management, information technologies and intellectual capital. This work was only carried out in one city where its tourism is industrial; is necessary to replicate it in touristic cities.
