This study explores how artificial intelligence can be implemented responsibly in the work context, particularly with the recruitment and selection process of personnel in large companies in Guayaquil, ensuring that its use not only improves efficiency, but also contributes to a fairer and more inclusive work environment. The research allows us to identify the specific technological, ethical and cultural challenges in the Guayaquil business context, providing a framework of reference for this sector by integrating artificial intelligence into its human capital management processes in a way that benefits the actors involved.
